I have a Furuno 1834 that is a couple years old and it is giving me an alarm and "No bearing Pulse"..Ideas?

It is a Furuno 1834 that is a few years old and we were running the boat the other day is fair conditions and it gave me an alarm when using the radar and the alarm read "No bearing pulse" and the radar went black. I got no response from the radar but after a hard reset it came back on for about 30 seconds then went back off and hasn't worked since...any solutions?

It could be as simple as a connection/fuse fault, right up to total failure of the main circuit board(s) or sender/receiver. This is a job for a qualified service technician with Furuno experience - these are not generally user serviceable. It will be repairable, Furuno are considered equal with the best in the world at least - and their reputation in the commercial world is very high.
